Contracting

The R&D Air Supply contracting division is responsible for the management and building of all the major mechanical services project works undertaken by R&D Air Supply. The services provided by the contracting division include: retrofit solutions; upgrades, add-ons and replacements of existing plant; construction of fully designed mechanical services; and start to finish design and construction of mechanical systems.

The broad ranging services provided by the R&D Air Supply contracting division includes:

1. Management and construction of fully designed and specified mechanical systems;
2. Management of design and construction mechanical services solutions to meet specific client needs;
3. Retrofit, upgrades and replacements of plant and systems performed in occupied buildings;
4. Upgrade and refurbishment of essential services mechanical systems to meet the current Building Code of Australia requirements;
5. Evaluation and improvement of energy efficiency of existing mechanical systems.
