The Star Refurbishment, Sydney

The project comprised of the refurbishment of the main gaming floor (20, 000 m2), Restaurants, Nightclubs and Level 17 VIP gaming floor and private gaming suites. The works were undertaken over 11 separate stages as the facility remained fully operational through the course of the project. The project comprised of major ductwork and air distribution modifications and additions, provision of new chilled water systems, pumps, switchboards and air handling units.
